Instructions for Competition Registration

You will be able to make one or more applications by adding registrations to a shopping cart, reviewing your order, and making payment on-line. This can be combined with day passes, in the same order.

  1. Click on the venue from the list above. You will be sent to the event page in a new tab. You can select the Events menu, if you wish to change a different venue.
  2. Click on the application that you wish to make – Young Artist, Open, or Ensemble applications – on the event page for a specific venue.
  3. Fill up the form with the necessary information.
  4. Click on “Add to Cart” to add the application to your order. You may submit multiple entries by repeating the same procedure above.
  5. Click on “Cart” from the top menu to review your order.
  6. Click on “Proceed to Checkout” to go to the payment page.
  7. Fill in the payment form with your details.
  8. Click on “Proceed to Paypal” to proceed with the payment. Remember to AGREE to the Terms and Conditions.
  9. Complete your payment with Paypal.
  10. You will receive the order confirmation, and payment receipt upon payment confirmation from Paypal.
  11. You will receive the Registration Slip via email, within 7 days, after the application has been reviewed and approved.
  12. Present your Registration Slip with NRIC/Passport at the registration desk on the day.

Instructions for Day Pass

You will be able to buy one or more Day Passes, at a discounted price online. This can be combined with the registrations, in the same order.

  1. Click on the venue from the list above. You will be sent to the event page in a new tab. You can select the Events menu, if you wish to change a different venue.
  2. Increase the number of day passes that you wish to purchase.
  3. Click on “Add to Cart” to add the tickets to your order.
  4. Click on “Cart” from the top menu to review your order.
  5. Click on “Proceed to Checkout” to go to the payment page.
  6. Fill in the payment form with your details.
  7. Click on “Proceed to Paypal” to proceed with the payment. Remember to AGREE to the Terms and Conditions.
  8. Complete your payment with Paypal.
  9. You will receive the order confirmation, and payment receipt upon payment confirmation from Paypal.
  10. You will receive the electronic ticket with a QR code via email.
  11. Scan your electronic ticket at the registration desk on the day, to receive your Day Pass(es).
