Denise Mubin

Born in 2003, Denise started formal lessons at age 4 under the tutelage of Angel Lee and has achieved her LTCL (Licentiate of Trinity College London) Performance Diploma with Distinction at the age of 12.

She has won a number of awards, both locally and Internationally, including a Silver Medal for Solo Violin Performance and the Chamber Music Category at the 4th International Youth Arts Festival held in ChangSha, China. In 2017, Denise won the Patron’s Prize for Young Artiste Category at the Euroasia Strings Competition.

Denise has participated in masterclasses with renowned international artistes including Rodrigo Bauza, Jiri Heger, Graeme Norris, and French violinists Raphael Oleg, Saskia Lethiec, Amaury Coeytaux, and Maud Lovett.

A founding member of Arioso Sinfonia and the Seremban Quartet, Denise also performs with the Malaysian Philharmonic Youth Orchestra. Performing on a violin made by Maestro Francesco Bissolotti, she aspires to become a professional violinist.
